What do we tolerate?

• Diversity means being invited to a party regardless of who you are or where you come from.
• Equity means ensuring everyone has the resources to get to the dance, regardless of their starting point.
• Inclusion means being personally asked to dance.
• Belonging is feeling free to dance as if no one is watching (or choosing not to dance, if you prefer).

What we do not tolerate?

• russia
• Toxic environment in a team
• Bullying
• Discrimination (gender, the colour of skin, sexual orientation, identification, religion etc.)
• Aggression
• Full-time work with 2 companies at the same time is a red flag for us
